The Lake House Cosy has been fully renovated in 2022 and features a king bed (5 ft. width) with cotton sheets a duvet, an efficiently designed but elegant ensuite and free Wi-Fi.

The room is uniquely charming and has a breathtaking view of petite waterfall that pours into the lakeside pond. The Cosy includes a flat screen TV, tea & coffee facilities, and a range of amenities that make Liss Ard Estate feel like your home away from home.

The Cosy in located on the second floor of our Victorian Lake House. The Lake House dates back to 1870 and has several common area rooms including a lounge, viewing room, and conservatory and is approximately a 7 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the Manor. By June 1st 2022 the Lake House is scheduled to reopen after extensive luxury renovations and refurbishing to state-of-the art standards.
