Our fully renovated Lake House King rooms are perfect for romantic stays or family stays, getaways or remote work. They feature a king bed with cotton sheets and duvet, an elegant ensuite and a desk with comfortable seating along with free strong Wi-Fi. Each room is similar in look and feel but unique in layout and size. All rooms include a flat screen TV, tea & coffee facilities, and a range of amenities that make Liss Ard Estate feel like your home away from home.

For families, in addition to king beds, these rooms have comfortable double sofa beds and furthermore a rollaway bed is available upon request. The charge per each additional quest is 45 euro, (Infants 0 – 3 are complimentary) a night and includes a comfortable bed and full breakfast, and cots (cribs) are available upon request at no additional charge (if you let us know in advance either by calling us or indicating this request in the Special Requests section when making your booking). 

You can also take your dog! Some of our Lake House King rooms (on the ground floor only) and some Mews King rooms (also on the ground floor only) are pet friendly. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us at +353.28.40000. Please kindly read our Pet Policy prior to booking, and indicate the dog in the Special Requests section of the booking page. The pet fee is 40 euro a night and includes dog treats, bowls and a blanket.

The Victorian House dates back to 1870 and has several common areas including a lounge, viewing room, and conservatory. It is approximately a 7 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the Manor, and you can also inquire into our new golf carts.
