Both of our Lake House Suites have been fully renovated in 2022 and feature a king bed with cotton sheets and duvet, an elegant ensuite, a desk and comfortable seating along with free strong Wi-Fi.

Each suite is similar in look and feel but unique in layout and size. Both rooms include a flat screen TV, tea & coffee facilities, and a range of amenities that make Liss Ard Estate feel like your home away from home.

We have included several renders of what the new room experience will look like. The Lake House reopens after extensive luxury renovations and refurbishing to state-of-the art standards.

The Victorian Lake House dates back to 1870 and has several common area rooms including a lounge, viewing room, and conservatory. It is approximately a 7 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the Manor. You can also inquire into our golf carts.

Furthermore, all Lake View Suites can accommodate a third guest, or even a third and a fourth guest if they are children, and either a sleeper sofa or a rollaway bed is guaranteed. The charge per each additional quest is 45 euro, (Infants 0 – 3 are complimentary) a night and includes a comfortable bed and full breakfast, and cots (cribs) are available upon request at no additional charge (if you let us know in advance either by calling us or indicating this request in the Special Requests section when making your booking). 

While we are a pet friendly property, the Lake House Suites are not pet friendly. If you would like to book a pet friendly room, please kindly review our Pet Policies and book a Lake House King room or a Garden House King room.
